THE CHALLENGE:
To support both consumer campaigns with online marketing activity and internal communication initiatives.
THE RESULT:
An email marketing campaign to solicitors achieved a sign-up conversion rate of 3.2%, with 47% of recipients opening the email and downloading image files, a significant success for any direct email campaign.
Black Pig devised and implemented a reverse auction campaign to staff using postcards and intranet prompts achieved a 50% submission rate, approximately 14,000 people.

Black Pig was appointed by Aviva to support consumer campaigns to promote online offers and internal campaigns to incentivise staff to use its internal site, call centre support materials and HTML email campaigns to the legal community.
