Acuitus is a leader in real estate auctioneering and investment, providing independent and specialist advice for investors globally. It holds regular auction sales throughout the year which are live streamed allowing the auction and the auctioneer to be viewed in real time online. Black Pig’s work with Acuitus covers many disciplines including web development, CRM, brochure design and digital marketing.
Founded in 2010, Acuitus has offered for sale over 3,000 properties, realising for clients over £2bn. It can achieve sales significantly faster than other methods of sale due its technology platform. Black Pig has partnered with Acuitus from the very beginning and has played a key part in the company's foundation. We continue to partner with Acuitus in the development and implementation of technology solutions.
Acuitus wanted to develop its own technology platform to allow it to remain at the forefront of the digital transformation and provide the flexibility to be able to respond quickly to clients' needs. The website and CRM system were built by Black Pig, and we maintain these systems on an ongoing basis. Significant functionality and content has been added by our development team in response to the changing needs of Acuitus and their buyers and sellers.
The website includes comprehensive listings of the auction properties available, with detailed property information, imagery and maps, search and filtering functionality and protected access to legal documents. Proprietary software has been created to generate a bespoke property brochure from online content. By registering on the website, potential bidders can specify their property requirements and be alerted automatically when a matching property becomes available.
The website provides broadcast auction streaming, allowing both the auction and auctioneer to be viewed in real time. The Black Pig development team created a bidder registration process which allows the submission of ID to allow approved pre-registered bidders to then bid online.
The website is integrated with Acuitus' CRM and e-mail systems. This allows important information to be available, such as property requirements and past activity and interests, enabling Acuitus to target its communications to match the profile of the user.
Other aspects of our work with Acuitus include the creation of a series of branded email marketing templates. These play an important role in Acuitus' digital marketing campaigns at the various stages of the auction lifecycle. The feature rich system allows their team to build and send out campaigns, with the ability to track and analyse responses.
