Discover and Define
Our efforts are always driven by our quest for maximum understanding of what your business does and why your customers choose your products and services ahead of the competition. Or, why they don't. Equally, why people choose to work for you, or go elsewhere.
Ignite
In this phase we work in our internal teams to define the creative tasks in hand, looking to spark-up big ideas and convey the essence of the single-minded propositions we create.
We draft and agree creative briefs to the design and marketing challenges identified.

Create
Our aim is to deliver original, unique and highly differentiated creativity which is totally appropriate to the brief in hand. By the very nature of this creative process it can be difficult to predict a beginning and an end. The output, however, will be inspired and inspiring.
Establish and Exceed
This involves the production of an agreed portfolio of materials. Implementation will involve some or all of the following:
- Establishing production parameters
- Establishing timeframes and logistics
- Setting up sign-off processes (who, what, how)
- Creating guidelines and documentation templates
- Creating web areas for logo downloads etc.
- Launching new initiatives through external events / internal activity
- Executing appropriate PR tactics and ongoing marketing support programmes.
