With over 85% of websites found for the first time using a search engine, there is simply no point building a great website, if no one can find it. And with the mass of competing websites out there, if you don’t take the correct measures to enable searchers to find your website, you could end up losing out to a competitor!
One of the problems with SEO is the fact it all comes down to searcher behaviour in the end – worse, searchers will behave as they choose, not necessarily as you intended them to. We strongly believe that any recommendations regarding SEO made outside a sound understanding of searchers are at best academic.
