Ed Byrne provided the voice for the new Black Pig radio commercials. It was great to be able to work with such a well established and talented performer in preparing the Black Pig radio ads for this year. We are confident that Ed will give us the continuing kind of cut through for our advertising which has been its main strength over the years. Ed was a pleasure to work with and we feel he has really moved the advertising theme on to a new level from our previous work with Clive Anderson and David Mitchell. Comedy itself has moved on a great deal in the last decade and we feel that in the right advertising application it really does grab the audience’s attention.

It’s not often you see nearly every extreme weather condition known to man, within the space of a couple of weeks. Heavy snow, ice, freezing temperatures and flooding have all caused chaos and disruption to businesses as employees found themselves stuck at home unable to make it into the office.
Things at the Sty are ticking along well despite the financial storms rattling the windows as they pass across the world. We have even started to think about the upcoming festivities and bravely tested a few varieties of mince pies in the swine & dine over the last few weeks.
Seasons greetings to all! I hope you’re enjoying the run up to the big day. Like a big kid I really can’t wait for Santa to come and see what he’s bought for me this year.
Ahoy mateys. Yes it’s officially the count down to Christmas, my little girls are counting the amount of ‘sleeps’ before Santa comes and I’m studying hard (or hardly studying, joke!!) the lines for the Barkway Players pantomime already. This year’s is going to be great, it’s loosely based around Sinbad the Sailor but I’m not giving anything else away yet!
